Strava Family Plan, a Shared Annual Subscription for Athletes

Strava, the leading digital community for active people with more than 125 million athletes, is launching Strava Family Plan, a shared annual subscription plan and sibling of the company’s Student Plan. Originally announced at the brand’s annual event, Camp Strava, Family Plan offers a new, inclusive subscription option for athletes to share with anyone they’d like (e.g. friends, family or training partners), as long as all members live within the same country and are not current subscribers.

Strava Family Plan
The new subscription plan makes fitness commitments more accessible for friends and communities

Strava research shows that more than half of Strava athletes say they’re motivated by friends and family members who work out, and 77% feel more connected when they see friends’ and families’ activities on Strava. The new Family Plan is designed to leverage this motivation by offering unlimited access to premium features that help athletes train, compete, and explore together digitally and in real life.

“The magic of Strava lies in the motivation that’s found in our global community,” said Zipporah Allen, chief business officer at Strava. “Our belief is that people keep people active and the new Family Plan makes it even easier to make a fitness commitment together. It’s about more than just setting shared goals; it’s about embracing shared passions and celebrating collective progress.”
