On October 8th, 30,000 plus people from all over the world, will line up in Chicago’s Grant Park for the 40th annual running of the famous Chicago Marathon. As the event’s official footwear and apparel sponsor, Nike has some special edition items available for purchase, from tanks and tees to sweatshirts and, yes, sneakers. NikeLab Zoom Fly SP “Chicago”
Here’s the one you’ve been waiting for. The NikeLab Zoom Fly SP “Chicago” is a fancied up version of the company’s hugely successful Zoom Fly, which is a slightly less fancy version of the company’s hugely successful VaporFly 4%. It’s got a cool maroon and beige color scheme and a stretchy, breathable translucent upper that’s meant to reference the materials that were used as the shoe was being developed. Learn more here.
